Factors such as increasing patient loads, rising costs, and the complexity of medical data necessitate innovative approaches to enhance healthcare quality. Integrating Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies with Big Data analytics presents a promising solution to these challenges.

Lean Six Sigma (LSS) allows us to work on developing and improving systematic processes to tackle the multi-dimensional challenges and problems with healthcare quality. While Big Data involves techniques dealing with large and complex data sets that are difficult to deal with using traditional data processing software.
